Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are dispatch within 24-48 hours, 5 days a week. TFW8b uses a combination of services from DHL, Royal Mail and Deutsche Post. Expected delivery times (in working days) UK 1-3, EU 3-25 (85% 4-12) USA 5-25 (80% 7-13) AUS 5-20. Express international 2-6days.

Brexit - The UK is STILL a member state of the EU.
EU customers pay no import fees (Ok Norway, Switzerland etc are different but you catch my drift).
As it looks so far, nothing will change until and at the very earliest 31/10/19. Fingers crossed the UK-EU trade agreement won't change. But if we do indeed leave the single market, I've already lined up the systems and services I'll need to have shipments pre-cleared at customs, with import fees included in the shopping basket price (With the overall costs neutral to where we are now). But right now the FACT is, we are still a member state of the EU and NOTHING has changed. If/when anything does, I'll update the FACTs here.

All online payments are processed via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us, as Paypal will also process all major credit/debit cards as well as bank transfers (echeque). Paypal does not share credit card details with The Future was 8bit Ltd.
